Physical Products Policies
TAT (turn around time):
Made to order items: 25 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
RTS (ready to ship) items: 1-3 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
All physical products that will be mailed to you.
All items are made by me unless stated otherwise.
Since items are handmade there will be slight variations from product to product, such as placement of characters on clothing.
Item colors may vary slightly from screen to screen depending on your device settings.
Necklaces
All necklaces are adjustable for your perfect length.
The string is a really soft nylon.
The beads range from 8mm-12mm.
The beads will be either acrylic or silicone. It will be stated on each listing which kind of beads were used.
**DO NOT LET CHILDREN CHEW ON THE NECKLACES AS BEADS CAN BE A CHOCKING HAZARD IF THE NECKLACE COMES APART.
Beaded Items
All beaded items will be made with silicone beads.
The beads will range in shape.
The beads will range in size from 8mm-15mm.
Metal or wooden spacer beads may be used on beaded items.
Metal, wooden, acrylic, or silicone charms may be used on beaded items.
Glitter Gels
All glitter is cosmetic grade glitter.
All gel is hypoallergenic.
Glitter gels usually last about 6 months to a year, it just depends on the size jar you ordered.
Sometimes the color of the glitter can fade into the gel but that will not harm anything and will not color your hair.
Glitter gels can be used for the body and hair.
Glitter gels can be brushed or washed out of your hair.
DO NOT put glitter gels in your mouth, nose, ears, or around your eyes.
DTF Items
All items will be made with DTF or UV DTF transfers.
All cups need to be hand washed. Do not put them in a dishwasher.
All clothing items need to be hand washed or washed on delicate and air dried or tumble dried.
DO NOT bleach.
DO NOT iron.
Mystery Scoops
All items in the mystery scoops are a mystery.
There will be different scoops available such as; keychain scoops, bling scoops, beaded scoops, ect.
The items in mystery scoops are chosen by putting a paper with the name of each item available in separate plastic balls. The balls will then be put in a big bowl and mixed up. I will randomly pick however many balls you order and then package your order. There will be an option for packaging videos that will be posted to our social medias.
🚨🚨WARNINGS🚨🚨
DO NOT leave children alone with any of our products, example: while the children is in a car seat or stroller/wagon.
DO NOT let children put any of our products in their mouths as some things could be choking hazards if they come apart or are broken.
DO NOT let children play with the safety keychains or tool keychains as they do have sharp/pointy objects on them.
DO NOT put glitter gel in or around the mouth, nose, ears, or eyes.
Refund/Return/Exchange Policies
I am not responsible for incorrect sizing and will not accept refund/return in that situation. Size charts will be on all clothing listings.
All items are thoroughly inspected before going out but if your order isn’t correct you can return the items and either get a refund or exchange, whichever you choose.
You DO NOT have to pay for a return label.
To be able to return an item it must be in the original packaging and not worn or used.
I am not responsible for damages done by usps.
If for some reason your order goes over TAT you will be contacted and given the options for a refund or to wait for the items to ship. You will be provided with a new tat too.
